Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PrintDistrict.dk, we want to make returns, cancellations and refunds as simple and transparent as possible.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from PrintDistrict.dk, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

For physical goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

You may also contact us directly and clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

When using our online withdrawal function, you will be asked to provide the information necessary to identify you and your order. After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we are able to stop the order before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.

Returning Your Order

After informing us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please ensure that the goods are securely packaged for return.

Simply refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a valid withdrawal. You must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect and try the product in the same way as you would normally be allowed to do in a physical store.

You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

If a returned product shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, the refund may be reduced according to the loss in value.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will process the refund without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notification of withdrawal.

For purchases involving physical goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Additional shipping costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

Personalised Products

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalised.

This exception does not apply merely because a customer selects standard options such as an available size or colour.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

These cases are handled separately from the statutory right of withdrawal and do not affect your legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

Online Withdrawal Function

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules, PrintDistrict.dk provides an online function allowing customers to submit a withdrawal request electronically.

The withdrawal function will remain easily accessible during the applicable withdrawal period.

After submitting a withdrawal request electronically, you will receive confirmation of your withdrawal request, including the relevant submission information.
