Design Your Own – Custom Clothing
Create a one-of-a-kind T-shirt, hoodie or newborn bodysuit with your own image, logo or idea. Upload your artwork, choose the garment, colour, size and print placement, and describe how you would like it printed.
Every custom order is reviewed before production. If your file requires advanced editing, background removal or quality repair, select Image Editing. If you want PrintDistrict to create the artwork from your description, select Custom Design Creation. One digital proof and one revision are included with design creation.
Print width: up to 30 cm. Production begins only after the final artwork has been approved. The customer confirms that they own or have permission to use all uploaded content.
Returns for personalised products
Because this item is made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or dissatisfaction with customer-approved artwork.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If the product is defective, damaged, misprinted, or differs from the approved design or confirmed order, please contact office@printdistrict.dk with your order number and photos so we can provide an appropriate remedy.

📦 Processing & Handling Times
We know you want your gear fast, so we work quickly to get it out the door:
- Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM) CET: Processed and shipped out the same business day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (2 PM) CET: Processed and shipped out the next business day.
Please note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
🚚 Shipping Within Denmark
We offer reliable domestic shipping across Denmark through our trusted courier partners: PostNord, GLS, and DAO.
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.
- Standard Shipping Fee: 45 DKK.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over 499 DKK.
🌍 International Shipping
Want to order from outside of Denmark? We've got you covered. Since international rates and delivery times vary by destination, please get in touch with us through our [Contact Page] to receive a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline for your country.
🔍 Order Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🔄 RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your package.
🛑 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must meet the following strict criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- The item must be completely free of stains, makeup marks, or perfume scents.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria.
📦 How to Make a Return & Return Costs
- Return Shipping Fee: The cost of the return shipping is covered by the customer. You are free to choose your preferred courier (PostNord, GLS, DAO, etc.) to ship the package back to us.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refund Timeline: The money will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Minimum requirement: 1500 px for small, 2500 px for standard and 3500 px for maximum size.
You will receive a digital proof for approval before production.
